Got the dragonfly home safe and mostly put back together. Now that it is home I’m going to split the domain into two one for the hummelbird and the other for the dragonfly

Well N41gk looked so good I’m buying it. Bringing it back on the 8th. Still going to continue working on the hummelbird, but need a 2 place as well now that I got hitched. Also I think it will increase the time I spend working on the hummelbird since I’ll be right by it.

center spar is drilled out. Still waiting on the frame. Ordered a nice drill guide that made quick work of the holes and ensured they are square.

Opps messed up inner spar cap

the spar cap on the right is correct. The one on the left should be flush against the outer cap. I slipped with the router and tried to sand the gouge out, but it took to much material off.

Spar web width, inner spar cap.

spar web should be 4 1/32” not 4 5/16” due to the .1875” radius of the spar cap. The inner spar cap is easy to fit by just using a 3/16” roundover bit set .040 too shallow.
